3.1 Subscriptions and Billing
Some features of NursLife™ may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Fees and billing intervals will be clearly presented at the time of purchase.
3.2 Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@simptivacloud.com. When you cancel:
- Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period, unless stated otherwise.
- After the billing period ends, your account may revert to a free or limited plan, if available, or be deactivated.
3.3 Refunds
Unless required by law, subscription payments and one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once charged. However, we understand that situations vary. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an error, technical issue, or other exceptional circumstance, please contact us with details at support@simptivacloud.com, and we will review your request.
3.4 Trial Periods and Promotions
