These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NursLife™, a platform owned and operated by Simptiva Cloud, LLC™. By creating an account, accessing, or using NursLife, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using NursLife™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
NursLife™ is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service. By using NursLife, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use NursLife™ only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the service. You agree not to:

- Use the platform to transmit harmful code, spam, or other malicious content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service
- Use the service to store or share illegal, abusive, or infringing content
NursLife™ is a productivity and organizational tool and is not a replacement for official medical records systems or employer-required documentation platforms.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Some features of NursLife™ may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Provide a valid payment method
- Authorize us or our payment processor to charge applicable fees
- Pay any taxes or fees required by your jurisdiction
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
6. Free Trials and Promotions
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue such offers at any time. If your trial transitions into a paid plan, you will be charged according to the terms presented at sign-up unless you cancel before the trial ends.
7. Intellectual Property
NursLife™, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Simptiva Cloud, LLC™ and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you to use the service, no rights are transferred or assigned to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on NursLife™ content without our prior written consent.
8. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content and data you enter or upload into NursLife™ (such as notes, documents, schedules, and other personal information). By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
NursLife™ may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as calendar providers, payment processors, or other tools). These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is at your own discretion.
10. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep NursLife™ available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without notice, including the addition or removal of features.
11. Disclaimers
NursLife™ is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
NursLife™ is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not intended to replace clinical judgment, regulatory documentation, or employer policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simptiva Cloud, LLC™ and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of NursLife™, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you are using a free version, to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simptiva Cloud, LLC™, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of NursLife™, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
14. Termination
You may stop using NursLife™ and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if:
- You violate these Terms or other applicable policies
- Your use poses a security or operational risk
- We are required to do so by law or by a third-party service provider
Upon termination, your right to use NursLife™ will end. Some provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including those related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of NursLife™ after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
